Famous television presenter and comedian Conan O’Brien said goodbye to Late Night on Thursday night after nearly 30 years. After O’Brien’s long-running TBS show ended, many celebrities have honored him.
After 28 years on late-night television and 11 years on TBS, O’Brien is moving on to HBO Max. Before he moved to HBO Max, he sent a message to his fans and fans.
“So my advice to people watching out there right now — it’s not easy to do. It’s not easy to do. It’s not easy to do, but try — try and do what you love with people you love. And if you can manage that, it’s the definition of heaven on earth. I swear to God, it really is,”
Adam Sandler took to Instagram and sent Conan a heartfelt message and praised him. As you may recall, Adam Sandler was a guest of Conan many times. Posting a message praising him after her farewell, he revealed a photo from when he was a guest.
Here’s what Adam Sandler wrote:
“Love you Conan. Fastest funniest nicest guy of us all. I love you very much my man. And your whole family. From the beginning I looked forward to talking to you on your show and hanging with your gang of greats. Always made it welcoming and fun. And I knew when I couldn’t think of anything funny to say out there, you’d think of something for me.
To the rescue everytime. A great man and friend for life. Loved watching your show whenever I could and now will love watching you over your fence. Congrats on keeping us all happy this many years. The best. Connnnannnn! Love you pal”
