The wife of one of the famous actors in Hollywood Alec Baldwin, Hilaria, who gave birth to her fifth child son Edu eight weeks ago, posted a new video on her Instagram account to show her fans the exercises she can do after giving birth.
Alec and Hilaria said hello to their 5th child, Eduardo Pau Lucas, together 8 weeks ago. Hilaria continues to post on her Instagram account and inform her fans about the post-pregnancy period after giving a child.
Back on October 27, the fitness instructor and new mother of five posted a video of herself showing off her belly button ring after giving birth to her son Eduardo Pau Lucas on IG.
Here’s what she wrote:
“The most important part of this video isn’t the whole how recently I had a baby thing and whether you think I’m too this or too that. It’s not about my underwear, and it’s not about my skin or the fact that I’m exhausted and have no interest in makeup.
It’s about the fact that I lay on my back while my friend shoved my belly piercing back in while I clenched my teeth. So 90s? Yup … and I’m 36, 5 kids, and still keeping it,” she added, tacking on multiple crying-laughing emojis.”
After that post, she received from IG followers about her underwear. The followers criticized her choice of underwear and thought it was pretty obscene. But despite all the criticism, Hilaria posted a new workout video on Instagram but this time she made some changes.
As you might see in the video, Hilaria appeared in the bathroom of the house to show the best postpartum exercises. Before the reaction of the fans, Hilaria said that she wore a bikini bottom instead of underwear and showed off her perfect body. She also preferred a white crop top as she showcases her incredible fit body.
