Anne Marie Writes A Touching Letter About Her Old Days On Instagram

Successful British singer Anne Marie has revealed a photo of herself on certified Instagram page. She has written a message about her old physical problems. She compared the situation in the old days with the present.

“I used to eat so bad. I didnt know much about what foods were good or bad for you, I just ate whatever I liked. I felt ok, I wasnt overweight or had any problems so thought “whatever!” But after really thinking about it and looking at my body in a different way it became less about weight issues and more about health.

Now I see food as health instead of food as weight. (Does that make sense? I dunno). I actually still weigh the same as I always have done but eating differently has helped my body keep ‘in shape’, even without being able to get to the gym.

I might not look different to you (and that’s not the point I’m making) but I feel different. I feel less tired, I feel motivated, less bloated (I ALWAYS felt this) and I used to have no energy to do anything. 👏ALL👏 BECAUSE👏 OF 👏FOOD.

Please think about what you’re putting into your bodies. They are so precious. Forget what anyone else says, veggie life might not be for you, all these diets might not be for you but find something that keeps YOUR body healthy. Your body is different to everyone elses so how can you copy someone elses diet? Do what suits YOU.
Treat your body nice!!!!!.”
