Anthony Hopkins Pays Tribute To Chadwick Boseman In His Thank You Video For The Oscar Awards

Sir Anthony Hopkins has paid tribute to the late Chadwick Boseman in a beautiful video from the Welsh countryside and expressed his feelings at winning this year’s Oscar for best actor.
The 93rd Academy Awards, also known as the Oscars, were held at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles. The 83-year-old actor took to Instagram and shared his thoughts on the awards.
When it came to the Best Actor category, many thought the award would be won by the late Chadwick Boseman for his role in Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom. Instead, Hopkins was named the winner for his role in The Father, and the evening ended as he couldn’t deliver an acceptance speech.
However, the 83-year-old actor took to Instagram to share a short video from the Welsh countryside and expressed his surprise. The respected actor said that he didn’t expect this award. He also paid tribute to Chadwich Boseman.
