Former President of the United States of America Barack Obama praised comedian Kevin Hart’s new movie Fatherhood by sharing a tweet on his official account.
Fatherhood, which was released on Netflix on June 18, is about a father who was shaken by the unexpected death of his wife the day after the birth of his daughter, trying to raise his daughter alone.
Since this day, Kevin Hart’s Fatherhood became the most-watched show on Netflix and reached #1. The comedian took to Instagram and celebrated this feat by dancing in his garden.
One of the people who watched the movie was the former Barack Obama. After Fatherhood became the #1 movie in 82 countries, Obama took to Twitter to say that as the father of two daughters, he was very impressed with the movie.
Here’s what Barack Obama said:
“As a dad of two daughters, this movie really hit home for me. I’m glad to see it has resonated with so many people.”
