Ben Stiller Says Goodbye To George Segal And Reveals His Favorite Movie Of The Legendary Actor

Actor and comedian Ben Stiller says goodbye to legendary comedian George Segal by sharing a respectful message on his Twitter account.

George Segal, one of the legendary actors of the silver screen, passed away at the age of 87. Segal’s wife, Sonia, announced that the actor died of complications after his heart surgery.

Immediately after Ben Stiller received the news of the legendary actor’s death, he took to Twitter and showed his respect for the actor. He also said that his favorite movie starring George Segal was ‘The Hot Rock.’

“My personal favorite George Segal movie is “The Hot Rock”. What a career. What a nice man, what an iconic cool funny 70’s movie star. #RIP”

Born in New York in 1934, George Segal played his first major Hollywood role in The Young Doctors (1961). Iconic actor, ‘Who’s Afraid of Virginia Wolf?’ (1966) and was nominated for an Oscar as Best Supporting Actor.
