Big Sean Reveals The Main Goal Of The ‘Detroit 2’ Album

Rapper Big Sean has posted a new tweet thread on his verified Twitter page and revealed what he aimed with the release of his much-loved album, ‘Detroit 2.’

Big Sean released his highly-anticipated album’ Detroit 2,’ which he announced in March, on September 4. The GOOD Music rapper worked with names like Lil Wayne, Eminem, Post Malone, and Travis Scott on the album. He honored the late Rapper Nipsey Hussle with ‘Deep Reverence,’ one of the tracks in the album. Also, the Rapper answered many questions about the album on his Twitter account.

On Saturday, the 32-year-old rapper took to Twitter to reveal the primary goal of making the album. As we all know, Big Sean had mental problems for a while and had many problems with inspiration. Referring to his past issues, the rapper said that his goal was to inspire his fans to reveal themselves in mind, body, and soul.

Here’s what Big Sean tweeted:

“I sacrificed my privacy. I put so many emotions and lessons I learned the hard way into this music and gave an honest glimpse into my heart! It wasn’t easy, nights I thought of Offing myself cause Life was too heavy, but the lock-in was worth it! Had to remember if I’m still.”

He continued:

“And so many aren’t, it’s for reason. My goal was to inspire YOU to turn yourself up in all ways, Mind, Body, n Soul. Life isn’t promised as we can see, so HAVE FUN, and thank you so much for the #1 album for the 3rd time in a row! Let’s KEEP GOING. Why Would I stop?! #Detroit2”
