Actor Bryan Cranston, who is known for his role as Walter White in Breaking Bad, has posted a throwback frame to send his condolences after the devastating death of his former Malcolm in the Middle co-star, Cloris Leachman.
According to the actress’ son, the incredibly talented and hilarious actress and comedian Cloris Leachman passed away of natural causes Tuesday night at her home in Encinitas, California, with her daughter, Dinah, by her side. She was 94.
Two Emmys, a Golden Globe, and an Oscar-winning actress starred as Ida in Malcolm in the Middle, which began airing in 2000. One of her co-stars was Bryan Cranston. Cranston was in the role of Hal.
Following her unexpected death, Breaking Bad star took to Instagram to mourn her by expressing his condolences. In his message, the 64-year-old actor stated that he was very sorry to hear about her death. He also said that he loved her excellent talent and playful spirit.

“Saddened tonight to hear of the passing of a legend…and a grandma. Cloris Leachman was Ida, Lou’s’ mom on Malcolm in the Middle. Jane and I adored her superb talent and fun spirit. She was a slice of sweet potato pie – check that, just sweet potato…sliding off your face during a Malcolm food fight! You are already missed, you great broad, you.”
On the other hand, another Breaking Bad star Aaron Paul, who is known for his role as Jesse Pinkman in the AMC series, stopped in the comment section and expressed his feeling after her sad death.
Aaron Paul commented:
“Always loved that brilliant powerhouse of a woman. Sad she is gone but so damn happy to know her brilliance.”
