Bronx rapper Cardi B responded to fans’ criticism that makeup mogul Kylie Jenner’ cameo in the ‘WAP’ music video and blasted a petition to remove Jenner from the music video.
After the WAP music video dropped last week, fans started an online petition to remove the Kylie Jenner’s scenes. The video also includes cameos from Rosalia, Normani, Sukihana, Rubi Rose, and Mulatto.
During a recent conversation with Sana G, DC, and GBiz about her latest single WAP and Cardi B mentioned she would be giving some fans $500 as thanks for promoting the music video and breaking records.
Sana asked Cardi what she thinks about the online petition on social media to remove Kylie Jenner from the WAP music video. Cardi B blasted the backlashes by saying that it’s so disrespectful.
Here’s what Cardi B stated:
“I found that so disrespectful. It was like a favor. She took time out of her schedule to be in the video. I’m really thankful and really grateful.”
On the other hand, Cardi also clarified what she will publish on her ‘Only Fans’ account and said that she released behind-the-scene videos and photos on her ‘OF’ page. She continued:
“I feel like the only people who really get me are my fans…we ain’t talking to everybody.
A few weeks ago, the rapper already cleared the air on whether she’ll show the sexual content on her ‘only fans’ account by uploading a new video on her official Instagram page.
“Ok, guys, so now you can subscribe to my only fans! Yes, I’ll be putting by BTS from WAP there! And my day to day content. Also, any rumors are floating around.NO I won’t BE SHOWING PUSSY , TITTIES, AND ASS. LINK IN BIO…It will be a place for only me and my fans.”
