Charlie Puth Talks About Britney Spears’ Impact On Himself While Mentioning Mental Health

Singer and songwriter Charlie Puth showed his open support to iconic pop singer Britney Spears on his Twitter page and mentioned her impact on his music.
As we all know, Britney Spears has been struggling with mental health problems for a long time. Allegedly her father Jamie Spears holds all the rights and cannot live her own life, Spears is currently living with her boyfriend, Sam Asghari.
Charlie Puth made an unexpected statement on Twitter to show his respect for Britney Spears and call attention to her mental health problems.
The 29-year-old singer said he has exposed to pop music thanks to Britney Spears. When he said that Spears’ influence was so profound, he questioned why people were so cruel to her. Puth showed his support for Spears by saying the world is now more sensitive to mental health.

“Britney Spears’ music was my first exposure to POP music. Her impact was/is profound and it always baffled me as to why people were so brutal to her when she was down. It’s great the world is more sensitive to mental health now, but upsetting it took this long in Britney’s case.”
