Damian Lillard Unveils A New Single After Making The Playoffs In The Bubble

Portland Trail Blazers all-star point guard Damian Lillard celebrates his success in participating in the Playoffs and the Bubble M.V.P., releasing a new single on his Sound Cloud account.

Portland Trails Blazers beat the rookie star Ja Morant’s Memphis Grizzlies on Saturday, and they qualified for the playoffs. Damian Lillard won the prize for Bubble M.V.P. and had a significant impact on his team’s playoff success. Dame Time matched LeBron James’ L.A. Lakers.

Before the first round of the playoffs, Dame D.O.L.L.A. unveiled a new track to celebrate making the playoffs and took to his other passion for celebrating these victories with the release of his latest track, ‘I’m Him.’

Back on October 13, Lillard spoke to ‘Uproxx’ about his passion for music and revealed the primary reason why he’s making rap music. He said that the main reason for having rap music outside of his N.B.A. career is to love rap music.

Here’s what he stated:

“I just love to do music, so that’s what I’m doing. I’m not looking at it like, ‘Oh, I want to do it until this time or that time.’ When I’m ready to be done with doing it, I’ll just be done with doing it. It the same as basketball.

I love to hoop, so whenever I decide I’m done playing, that’s when I’ll stop playing. But I’m not looking at a certain age where I’m like, ‘Alright, this is where it’s going to end.’ I’m just doing what I enjoy doing.”
