Demi Lovato Reveals The Truth Behind She Has Been Stressed And Anxious In 2020, And It’s Not COVID-19

Singer and songwriter Demi Lovato is one of the artists trying to protect her mental health against the challenges everyone faces this year, and the singer sees the 2020 American elections as the most important of them.

2020 has been a very difficult year for all of us. Unexpected deaths, coronavirus pandemic, wars, and more. But the most important thing for Americans these days is elections.

Less than a few days before the November 3rd election, Americans began to throw their ballot papers in their mailboxes. In the presidential race between Donald Trump and Joe Biden, two political names will compete to become the 46th president of the United States.

Demi Lovato shared a photo of herself on her official Instagram page and announced that she has voted for the future of herself and her country. However, she said that she is facing mental problems these days. Contrary to popular belief, the reason for this is not the coronavirus pandemic, but the beautiful singer said that she was very stressed and anxious because of politics.

Here’s what she said:

“I vote because I love my country. From my friends and family members who live here, to my neighbors and millions of people I don’t know, I love the citizens here. This year I’ve been so stressed and anxious from politics alone. This post isn’t about telling you to vote for, it’s about telling you to vote PERIOD.

I want to know that whatever the outcome is, we raised our voices and spoke up for what we wanted. And if change is what you want, nothing will change unless you take action. So please, if you are old enough, please get out there and speak up. P.S. I’m so grateful to have been able to vote because it wasn’t too long ago women didn’t even have those rights.. (see what happens when we demand change?”
