Diddy Reacts To US Olympics Organization Decision That Sha’Carri Richardson Will Miss Tokyo Olympics

An unnamed authorized source speaking to Reuters claimed that American record-breaking sprinter Sha’Carri Richardson could not pass the marijuana test and that a banned substance was found in her blood. The star athlete accepted the 30-day sentence given to her.

American record-breaking sprinter Sha’Carri Richardson will miss the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. It was announced that she was not selected as a member of the 4×100 relay team after USA Track & Field announced its full roster on Tuesday.

While the world has sympathy for the sprinter, the US Olympics organization said in a statement it has a responsibility to “maintain fairness for all of the athletes.”

Rapper and record producer Diddy took to Twitter and has shared his thoughts about the decision of the US Olympics organization about Sha’Carri Richardson. Diddy said he was tired of sitting in a room with white people making decisions that affect their hopes and dreams, and that they will continue to treat black athletes as slaves and entertainment until they silence these people.

Here’s what Diddy wrote:

“It’s fucked up and my heart is broken for @itskerrii having her lifelong dream stripped away for using a legal substance. I’m tired of white people sitting in a room making up decisions that affect our hopes and dreams. They will keep treating our athletes like slaves and entertainment until we shut down on these people! Said from LOVE with love. —”
