Drake Joins LeBron James’ Uninterrupted To Launch In Canada

Drake and LeBron James have been connecting to take business relationships to greater heights, thanks to a deep-rooted relationship that has been established over the years.

According to Hollywood Reporter, Drizzy has joined the digital athlete empowerment platform ‘Uninterrupted’ with Los Angeles Lakers all-star LeBron James to launch in Canada.

The deal will see Drake become a part-owner for Uninterrupted Canada. He broke the locks north of the border for James’ sports media brand, launched in 2015 and now expanding internationally. The Canadian arm, to be led behind the scenes by CEO Scott Moore and chief content officer Vinay Virmani, like its U.S. counterpart will allow Canadian athletes to speak directly to fans via content from video shorts to features.

LeBron stated via press:

“When we started Uninterrupted, it was to give athletes a platform where we could share our stories and connect with our fans in a way we never had before. It’s exciting to see that idea now leading a whole new era of athletes around the world feeling empowered to do more and be more.”

James and Drake previously collaboration in 2017 as executive producers of Vince Carter’s ‘The Carter Effect’ documentary.
