Dua Lipa’s Latest Post Is Proof That She’s In Trouble With The Coronavirus Pandemic

As we can imagine, one of the artists most affected by the coronavirus pandemic is the British singer Dua Lipa. Although the Grammy-winning artist did not catch the disease, the effects of the coronavirus all over the world disrupted her future plans.

As you recall, Dua Lipa had announced that she was going to do a concert tour for Europe, and this was scheduled for January or February 2021. However, as the effects of the pandemic continued to increase rapidly, Dua Lipa had to make a decision that would upset her fans.

The singer announced that the Future Nostalgia European Tour 2021 tour, which supports the album Future Nostalgia, has been postponed to September and October next year.

The 25-year-old singer felt sad while giving this sad news because the second time she had to postpone her concert was proof of how much she was affected by this pandemic.

Here’s what Dua Lipa stated:

“It’s with a heavy heart I will be postponing my upcoming European tour to September and October 2021. We have continued to monitor this unprecedented and changing situation, and it has become clear that it is not possible to go ahead with the tour in January and February.”

In another tweet, she told his fans to keep the tickets they had already bought because those tickets will remain valid until the concert takes place. Apart from that, she stated that she was looking forward to meeting with her fans. She continued:

“Please hold onto your tickets as they remain valid for the rescheduled dates. I miss being on tour the most especially during this time and I can’t wait to be reuniting with you all and celebrating soon!!”

She also added:

“In the meantime, I promise I have some fun things coming up that will hopefully hold you through. Stay safe and look after yourselves. X Dua”
