Dwayne Johnson Hopes To Deliver The Definitive Anti Hero With Black Adam In DC Universe

Actor, entrepreneur, and former WWE wrestler Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson has shared a new photo of himself on his official Instagram account and showed how he’s preparing his upcoming role ‘Black Adam.’

Dwayne Johnson has made his already challenging workouts even more difficult after he announced the role of Black Adam in February 2020 and continues to prepare for DC Universe’s brand new anti-hero.

For the movie, which is planned to be released on July 29, 2022, by Warner Bros., The Rock is training very hard. He shared a photo of his backside on Instagram on Tuesday, possibly taken after training, showing his fans how much work he put into the role.

No doubt, Johnson is a perfect choice for the Black Adam role. Saying that it was the last production week for the shooting of the movie, Johnson called his fans again because he thought he couldn’t thank his fans enough and expressed his gratitude to everyone who supported him.

Here’s what Dwayne Johnson said:

“Back to work. This is our final week of production for the filming of BLACK ADAM

I can’t thank you guys enough for all your global support. Truly, I’m grateful. From deep in my bones.”

The 49-year-old actor has continued to call out to fans who have supported him throughout his career, saying he hopes to deliver the definitive anti-hero you deserve. He continued:

“Almost two years of hard core, intense training, diet, character prep, and execution.

You’ve been right there rockin’ with me all this time. And now it’s my turn and I hope to deliver the definitive antihero you deserve.

The hierarchy of power in the DC UNIVERSE is about to change”
