The star of Fantastic Beasts 3, Eddie Redmayne, affirmed the film has finally started shooting.
J.K. Rowling‘s legendary and much loved Harry Potter novels were brought to life on screen and became irreplaceable for many people around the world.
After the eighth movie of Harry Potter, they continued to take us to a new age of the wizarding world in 2016 with the spin-off series, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.
Although the first movie was a huge hit, the second received a lot of criticism about the general plot of the film and could not satisfy the viewers.
For this reason, and later due to the intervention of the pandemic, the third movie of the series was postponed to an indefinite period. Even after the coronavirus limitations were over, the shooting of the film didn’t start.
Despite all the setbacks, Eddie Redmayne gave the good news that shooting began in England, 2 weeks ago. In the cast, there are many stars such as Johnny Depp, Katherine Waterston, Jude Law, and Ezra Miller.
Eddie Redmayne also stated that under the new conditions and rules of a pandemic it is a little bit worrying that it can affect their acting.
Here’s what he said:
“It’s a whole new normal. Testing frequently, masks. And I wondered, actually, whether the masks would affect creativity, in some ways. Maybe that was a bit ignorant, but I just thought, as humans do we need interaction to spark from each other. What is really reassuring is that it is a different process, but it still feels like it’s fizzing and that everyone is working at the top of their game.”
Fans of the series will have to wait until November 12, 2021, to see Fantastic Beasts 3.
