Famous television host and comedian, Ellen DeGeneres has announced that she’s dropping her first artwork as an NFT sharing a short video on her Instargam page.
In early April, DeGeneres explained what NFTs are and then said that she took a selfie with a funny cat picture she drew and put it up for sale as NFT.
Finally, today is the day. the successful television host took to Instagram to announce she’s selling her first artwork as an NFT. Announcing that the highest bidder will be the owner of this artwork, Ellen said she will donate the proceeds from her NFT to her friend Chef José Andrés’ not-for-profit non-governmental organization, ‘World Central Kitchen.’
Here’s the caption:
“I’m raising money for @WCKitchen. I made an NFT, and you can bid on it! My first NFT is up for auction at the link in bio, and you have 24 hours to get in on it.”
The monologue will have only one winner. However, a second auction will be held and 10 people will have a high-resolution digital copy reported.
