As election excitement approaches in America, tension continues to escalate between Trump and Joe Biden supporters. While some celebrities clearly show their sides through their social media accounts, their openness can cause them to get insulting reactions by opposing people. One of these celebrities is the beautiful 34-year-old actress Emmy Rossum. The actress responded to the insults she received from her Twitter account due to her political opinion, with a striking response.
Being a woman is very difficult all over the world because people love to criticize women because of their appearance in matters they cannot use their minds. Many women continue their lives without body positivity and self-acceptance because of people who think they have the right to use humiliating and insulting expressions, and social media is just one of the platforms where this type of bullying is most common.
The beautiful actress Emmy Rossum, is one of the famous names who has been subjected to this cyberbullying because of her political views. She expressed that when she says something that Trump supporters would not like, she immediately gets insulted about her body, saying things like she should be ashamed of her naked body, but why should she be ashamed, she was not and did not care about their ugly words.
Expressing that she is at peace with her body and will not give up because of bad words, the actress said that she was not sorry at all and showed an exemplary stance to her followers with her upright stance.
Here’s what she stated:
“When I say something Trump supporters hate, they love to come at me for my body. “Shut up and go back to being naked.” They seem to think I should be ashamed of my female naked body. I don’t feel shame. I love my body. That must be intimidating for them. I’m not sorry.”
