Fight Club Actor Edward Norton Blasts The Controversial News Praising President Donald Trump

Golden Globe-winning actor Edward Norton has reacted to the controversial news of NPR praising President Donald Trump and said that their trust in them was shaken.

NPR shared a tweet that shows ‘President Trump’s flair for the dramatic has introduced a sense of showmanship when it comes to nominating a Supreme Court justice.’

Norton took Twitter to show his reaction to the news. The 51-year-old actor retweeted the post and told how they suddenly destroyed the trust they had provided for years by tagging the news page. He also urged the news page to get serious again. Otherwise, he offered to stop broadcasting.

Here’s what Edward Norton tweeted:

“JFC. NPR, did you just feel that decades of building credibility had gotten boring and think ‘What single tweet could flush all that and reveal us to be both professionally and morally debased?’ Well, you nailed it. Get serious again or just turn off the lights & go quiet a while.”

A Twitter user commented:

“NPR hasn’t been NPR in over 2 years. Former listener for 40 years. Not now.”

Another said:

“’Flair for the dramatic.’ That’s cute. I mean, one could also call it a circus of moral depravity or a flagrant disregard of democracy.”
