Actor and former the world’s strongest man, Hafthor ‘Thor’ Bjornsson shared a throwback photo on his Instagram page, penning a heartwarming letter to his lovely daughter.

A few weeks ago, Game of Thrones actor Bjornsson broke the world deadlift record by lifting 501kg. His fans wondered how he did it.

After breaking the record, Thor, who started working for his new goals, touched his fans with an emotional letter by pointing to his daughter as the source of his major achievements. If you look at the photo, young Thor had to cuddle her newborn daughter while posing as a proud dad.

In the letter, he described himself as an extremely motivated dad that had big dreams, and revealed his biggest motivation source is his daughter, Theresa Líf.

The 31-year-old actor said that his life was like ‘a roller-coaster,’ but he devoted his life to his daughter after she was born. He is so thankful for her daughter and every goal that he has reached since she was born.

My life was a complete roller coaster but once I had my daughter in my arms I completely fell in love. I was motivated to be better each day and work very hard to achieve my goals.

I am so thankful for my daughter and every goal that I have reached since then. Looking forward to adding the newest family member and continuing to smash my goals out of the park!”
