Games Of Thrones’ Emilia Clarke Announces A Live Event With The Star-Studded Cast

Game of Thrones star Emilia Clarke announces a new live event for a charity named ‘The Royal Theatrical Fund’ with another star-studded cast.

The Royal Theatrical Fund is a charity that supports those in the entertainment industry that are enabled to work due to illness, injury, or infirmity. Mother of Dragons took to Instagram and announced that she would read Noel Coward’s ‘Private Lives’ book with actress Emma Thompson, actor Robert Lindsey, and sitcom star Sanjeev Bhaskar.

Clarke also announced that they would hold a question and answer session during the zoom broadcast. The event takes place on Sunday, September 13th, at 19:00 GMT. Seemingly, this will be a fantastic quarantine event.

Here’s what Emilia Clarke captioned:

“WE’RE DOING A PLAY!!!!!! Myself, my life guru and soul’s guide Emma Thompson, the remarkable Robert Lindsey, and the Uber talented Sanjeev Bhaskar.

We will be “reading” (performing) Noel Coward’s incredible and incredibly funny Private Lives. LIVE! It takes place at 7 pm GMT on Sunday, September 13th (otherwise known as this Sunday). I can’t guarantee there won’t be any technical glitches to add to the humour, but I can guarantee that we will be making something of them, and THAT alone will be worth watching…

Tickets are on sale now! All proceeds are going to the ever needed Royal Theatrical Fund. Link in the bio!

So please come do join us having a rollicking good read.”
