Gisele Bündchen Celebrates World Food Day While Giving Advice On Eating Healthy

On World Food Day, an international day celebrated every year on October 16, Brazilian model Gisele Bündchen has shared her thoughts about healthy eating and some of the benefits of her favorite herbs and spices via her official Instagram account.
It was announced that this year’s World Food Day theme would be “Grow, nourish, sustain. Together. Our actions are our future.” The 38-year-old model Bündchen shared a supporting post on her Instagram account with a few snaps from her community garden and set an example for her followers by explaining how important it is to eat fresh non-processed food for one’s immune system and body.
In her snaps, we see Gisele Bündchen collecting foods such as lettuce, onion, broccoli, tomato, and beans from a natural garden with her daughter in the most natural way.
The famous model who argues that one of the most important factors that make our immune system strong is the food we eat and she believes that proper nutrition is more effective than drugs.
Also, talking about the change in herself since she started eating right, Bündchen stated that she now feels healthier and different and she already looks very healthy, natural and energetic in her photos.
Here’s what she said:
“Food is one of the most powerful tools we have to help boost our immune system. I truly believe in the ancient saying, ‘Let food be thy medicine,’ as I felt a big difference in my life when I started making better food choices.”
In the rest of her post, the famous model points out that instead of processed products, we should start eating natural products and in this way get the vitamins which are necessary for our body’s immunity to work better. Moreover, by explaining that her favorite thing is to bring home fresh food and herbs, she encourages her followers to eat naturally.
She continued:
“When we eat foods that are alive (and not processed), their nutrients and vitamins keep us healthier, and also help our bodies function better. One of my favorite things is bringing home fresh food and herbs from our community garden.”
