Atlanta-based rapper Gucci Mane has just started to show his entourage and support for female rappers with a new post on Instagram.
A few days prior, Gucci Mane spoke in a recent interview with XXL and revealed that he wanted to see more female rappers’ representation in the music industry.
The 40-year-old rapper talked about the importance of the female artist in the music industry, and he decided to give a chance to the new generation artists, regardless of their gender. He previously said:
“We need more female rappers in the game. I had a female artist one time, right. My whole thing is I’m not gonna just replace any artist. I’m gonna give female artists a chance, you get what I’m saying? I’m embracing the female artist, like, she hard? I’m fuckin’ with it. It ain’t gonna be like, I’m starting my label and this gonna be my token female artist. No.”
Today, the rapper introduced his new female artist nicknamed Luvenchanting by sharing a new video of her on his Instagram page and he said that she is very talented as well as singing and rapping.
Here’s the caption:
