Legendary rapper and actor, Ice Cube revived once again the ‘Free Friday’ campaign to make a sequel of his iconic movie, Friday, on his Twitter page.
‘Friday’ was the first movie of Ice Cube and he starred with Chris Tucker in the movie. As you recall, a few weeks ago, Ice Cube jumped to Instagram and stated that Warner Bros. studios has refused to make a sequel for ‘Friday.’
The 51-year-old rapper took to social media once again and revived the Free Friday campaign and encouraged fans for a possible sequel of the 1995 film.
Here’s what Ice Cube said:
“Let’s #FreeFriday from #WarnerBrothers. Share if you want a sequel.”
A Twitter user commented:
“No Deebo and no pops? Nah just leave the classic alone”
“Yassssss. “Next Friday” was filmed up my old street in Santa Clarita and is one of my all-time faves. “You got your shirt on backwards, player. Players f*k up!” – Bring back the Joker brothers and Pinky!!”
