James Corden Says ‘I’ve Taken Coronavirus Test’ While Announcing His Important Decision About ‘Late Late Show’

James Corden Says ‘I’ve Taken Coronavirus Test’ While Announcing His Important Decision About ‘Late Late Show’

The idea came from the host of ‘Late Late Show,’ James Corden, and he offered to host the show via video conferencing, but it is not for too long.

He clarified the reason for this situation with a video he published. He explained to his audience that he made this decision to protect everyone as a result of learning that he had recently come together with someone who tested positive for coronavirus.

Here’s what he said:

“I’ve taken a test. That test has come back negative. But out of an abundance of caution for everyone who works on the show, I’m going to host the show over Zoom – way more than six feet apart from anyone.”

This situation of Corden once again revealed how difficult it was to continue night shows during the pandemic process. As Corden points out, even though he had to broadcast from home in order not to be detached from the audience, it cannot replace the rhythm of the live studio shows. But they have to do their best for their audience.

He continued:

“It’s a shame, because I really feel like we were getting into a rhythm in the studio. But the show must go on, and we are here and we are so happy that you’re watching.”
