Jason Biggs, who we know as Jim Levenstein in the American Pie film series, revealed what he thinks of the relationship between Eugene Levy, who plays Jim’s father in the film, and his real-life son Daniel Levy.
On Tuesday, Entertainment Weekly shared its slate of 2020 Entertainers of the Year, which included the father-son duo behind the Emmy-winning comedy Schitt’s Creek. Dan posted the adorable photos on Instagram from the magazine photo shoot with dad Eugene.
Eugene has always been a beloved father character in the television world, playing a character who always tries to encourage his son and advises his son to face some difficulties in life in the American Pie film series.
Noticing these photos, Jason Biggs dropped the comment section of Dan’s post and jokingly admitted that he was a little jealous of their relationship. Although he is not his real father, he will always remember the perfect bond between them, Biggs added that they deserve the award.
Here’s the caption of Dan:
“It’s Eug looking dapper as hell for me. Thank you, @entertainmentweekly. ❤️”
Jason Biggs commented:
“I mean, I know he’s not my real dad, he’s YOUR real dad, but still.. I can’t help but be a little jealous? Good thing you two are the best comedy/fashion/father-son pairing and deserve every accolade you’re getting. Makes it easier to stomach. Love you guys. And love this.”
