Joseph Gordon-Levitt Calls Jamie Foxx As Hero While Announcing His Netflix Debut

Actor Joseph Gordon-Levitt announces his Netflix debut for Project Power, and he declares his admiration for actor and co-star, Jamie Foxx, on Twitter.

Project Power is the 2020 superhero movie directed by Ariel Schulman and Henry Joost, produced by Eric Newman and Bryan Unkeless and written by Mattson Tomlin. The film features stars such as Jamie Foxx, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Machine Gun Kelly, and Dominique Fishback.

The 39-year-old actor took to Twitter to announce the release of the movie on Netflix and shared his thoughts about the film. Here’s what he wrote:

“PROJECT POWER out now on Netflix. Don’t call it a comeback, I’ve been here for years! 🙂 The second of three movies in 2020. This one’s the eye candy. But it also runs deeper than that if you let it. Like the song says, ‘Open up the power that lives deep inside ya.'”

He also added a new tweet series and did not hide his admiration for Jamie Foxx. He described him as his hero. He said:

“PS – Jamie Foxx’s my hero, and Dominique Fishback is the new star we need.”

Project Power was announced to be released on Netflix today. You can watch the trailer of the movie and check out the Twitter post below.
