Director Zack Snyder defends his movie after the claims of Forbes’ film critic Scott Mendelson which ‘Snyder Cut of Justice League’ is the same as the 2017 film.
The event of DC FanDome started yesterday, and the fans discussed the upcoming movies after seeing some of the teases of superheroes. Unexpectedly, the trailer of Snyder Cut of Justice League was leaked on social media before the promotion at the DC FanDome event.
One of the people who watched the leaked trailer Forbes’ film critic Scott Mendelson has shared his opinions about ‘Snyder Cut.’ In his tweet, he claimed that ‘Snyder Cut’ is similar to the movie that came out in 2017, and said it looks like alternative shots of the existing scenes. He wrote:
“So, that trailer for the Snyder Cut of JUSTICE LEAGUE looks like… the same movie? Lots of deleted scenes from the marketing campaign, but otherwise it looks like alternate takes of existing scenes.”
Following Scott’s comments, Zack Snyder took to Twitter and responded to his allegations. Zack told Scott, who enjoyed the theatrical cut of the Justice League, as he liked cartoons on Saturday morning, and the upcoming film was made for adults. He also criticized his comments which mentioned on a leaked teaser.
Here’s what Zack Snyder stated:
“You said you enjoyed the theatrical cut of Justice League like you enjoy your Saturday morning cartoons… Well, this is made for grownups, so you’re not in the demographic. Also, cool of you to comment on a leaked teaser, Scott Mendelson.”
