Comedian and actor Kevin Hart has updated his Instagram feed right after he joined the cast of Borderlands and revealed how he feels to be working with Cate Blanchett.
Eli Roth’s adaptation of Gearbox Software’s Borderlands has announced that Kevin Hart will play Roland. Hart took on the role of Lance’s mercenary by joining Cate Blanchett (Lilith) as one of Borderland’s four original heroes.
Following the announcement, Hart jumped to Instagram and shared his thoughts about he joined the cast of Borderlands. The 41-year-old actor didn’t hide his excitement and said he’s so excited to be working with Cate Blanchett.
He also showed his admiration for Eli Roth and said he was happy to be on this amazing project.

A Borderlands feature film has been discussed since 2015. Roth was named director in February 2020, and Blanchett joined the cast in May.
The first Borderlands was launched in 2009; it has since been one of the most popular franchises for Gearbox and publisher 2K Games, leading to three complete sequels and an episodic spinoff from Telltale Games.
Borderlands 3 was released for PlayStation 4, Windows PC, and Xbox One in September 2019, and an improved version for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X was introduced in November with the new consoles.
