The late Los Angeles Lakers legend Kobe Bryant’s eldest daughter, Natalia Bryant has celebrated the 3rd anniversary of her father Oscar win on Instagram.

Kobe Bryant won the Oscar with his short film Dear Basketball, directed by Glen Keane, for Best Animated Short Film in 2018. Two years after his great milestone at Oscar, Kobe Bryant and his 13-year-old daughter Gianna died in a helicopter crash in California while traveling to Mamba Sports Academy.

On Thursday, Natalia Bryant took to Instagram and shared a photo of her dad posing with the Oscar prize and celebrated the third anniversary of Kobe’s success with a simple message.

Here’s what Natalia captioned:

“Three Years Ago Today @kobebryant at the Oscars #oscarwinner”

On the other hand, the short film won the Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film at the 90th Academy Awards, marking the first Oscar win for any professional athlete, as well as the first Oscar win for Keane, a veteran Disney animator.
