It was announced that the reality show Keeping Up With the Kardashians, which has been going on for 20 seasons, will be coming to an end. The manager of the show, Kris Jenner, shared her feelings about this topic as a guest on the Ellen Degeneres show the other day.
Jenner, who stated that they have transformed into a completely different family after many years and that they have experienced many changes, said that everyone in the family thought that the program should come to an end this year.
Another thing Jenner spoke about was the speculations about Ellen’s show and the toxic work environment. Ellen had announced on her first show that she would have a clean start by apologizing to everyone and all employees. She said that all employees’ rights would be protected and that she would work to make them feel safe.
Kris Jenner said on the show how much she loves Ellen and how happy she is to see her back on the screen. Stating that there may always be storms in life, the important thing is to learn from those storms, and that they pass sooner or later.
Here’s what she said:
“I’ve missed you so much! I’m happy, happy, happy that you’re back and that the show’s on. It makes me so happy in the afternoon every single day to be watching you again. We’ve seen a storm or two in our day and we’ve definitely been through a lot of crazy stuff.”
“What I’ve learned, though, is that the storm does pass. And as hard as it is along the way, you do hopefully come away with a lesson and learn something and be able to take it on with you in your life to another situation.”
She also supported Ellen by explaining that she is very helpful and is proud of her donations that no one knows about.
“I’m so proud of you … You do things and give things to people that nobody ever hears about. I look at you with great admiration.”
She concluded her compliments on Ellen by talking about how inspiring she is. As Jenner mentioned, the fact that the two celebrities are very close and they have been supporting each other for years, may affect her ideas and her support on this issue.
