LeBron James Gets Emotional As He Talks About His Late Friend Kobe Bryant

Superstar Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James honored the late star and the icon of the LA, Kobe Bryant with a heartfelt and special tribute on Instagram.

Following the NBA championship, the city of Los Angeles has been celebrating the 17th title of the Lakers. The fans also have been tributing to the late LA icon Kobe Bryant, who died in a helicopter crash, and remembering his legacy.

Additionally, the team of the Lakers dedicated this championship to Kobe and his 13-year-old daughter Gianna. The late basketball star was honored by the players of the Lakers, such as Anthony Davis, Quin Cook, JR Smith, and many more. But the close friend of Kobe, LeBron James didn’t mention the name of Kobe during his championship speech.

The 35-year-old basketball star broke his silence about Kobe Bryant by sharing a heartfelt and special tribute for the Lakers legend. He conquered hearts again with an Instagram post that fulfilled the demands of all Lakers fans and proved that he won this championship for Kobe. James also penned an emotional note in the caption.

Alongside his message for the Black Mamba, he also posted many images, including an edit of himself with the Black Mamba jersey on his lap, and a tweet he posted on the day of Bryant’s passing.

Here’s what he said:

“Hope I’m made you proud my brother!! Love and miss you Champ!! 🐍💜💛 #BlackMamba 24•8•2❤️”
