Grammy Award-winning rapper Lil Wayne has updated his Twitter timeline to celebrate Martin Luther King Jr. Day by penning down a powerful message.
Martin Luther King Jr. Day is a federal holiday in the United States marking the birthday of Martin Luther King Jr. It is observed on the third Monday of January each year. Additionally, contrary to popular belief, 18 January is not Martin Luther King Jr.’s birthday.
On Monday, Weezy took Twitter to pen down a powerful message and showed how grateful he is for civil rights and thing that the bringing of MLK.
In his tweet, the 38-year-old rapper said that he is forever mindful because MLK had a dream the rapper is able to live out his dreams. He also said that he will never stop dreaming for the next generations and black people.
