Lil Wayne Says ‘I’m About To Do A Song Named Thug Rose’ As He Praises UFC’s Rose Namajunas
On April 24, 2021, Rose Namajunas pulled off another upset finish to win her second UFC women’s strawweight title last night at UFC 261 inside VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, stopping champion Zhang Weili via first-round knockout with a head kick.
Out of nowhere Rose Namajunas nicknamed ‘Thug’ launched a perfectly-timed head kick that caught Weili on the chin and dropped her to the canvas. Namajunas moved in for vicious hammer fists and the title-winning finish.
Following the fight, Grammy Award-winning rapper Lil Wayne took to Twitter and praised Rose Namajunas in an interesting way. The rapper said that he was about to do a song called ‘Thug Rose’ after seeing her amazing fight.
