Lil Wayne Shares A Grateful Message To Donald Trump After He Grants Clemency To The Rapper

Grammy Award-winning rapper Lil Wayne updated his Twitter timeline and shared a thank you message to Donald Trump after the former president granted clemency to the rapper.
The White House announced early Wednesday that President Donald Trump has granted a pardon to rapper Lil Wayne of the raft of pardons on his final day in office.
Lil Wayne, a multi-platinum artist and record label founder who has won five Grammys, pleaded guilty to illegal gun possession on December 11, 2020. After his arrest and was facing up to 10 years in federal prison as he awaited his sentencing later this month.
On Thursday, Weezy took Twitter to thank Donald Trump after he granted a pardon to the rapper. In his message, he said that he wanted the thank Trump for recognizing that he has so much more to give to his family, art, and my community.
