Mariah Carey Saddened Fans Due To An Unexpected Coronavirus Announcement

R&B superstar Mariah Carey has shared a throwback photo of herself on her official Instagram page, making a crucial announcement about her Hawaii tour.

In the statement, Carey announced that she postponed the March 10 concert, which is scheduled to take place in Neal Blaisdell Arena, Hawaii, due to the ‘current global travel restrictions’ after the coronavirus outbreak.

The concert date is postponed to 28 November, and all previously purchased tickets will be valid and fans will not need to change their tickets for the November concert.

The singer apologized to her fans for this postponement decision and said that she was very sad for this reason. She also said that she is very excited to meet them in November.  Although her admirers were upset with this statement, they headed to the comments section to send their finest wish for the beautiful singer.

Here’s what Mariah Carey wrote:

“Aloha Hawaii!! I’m so so sad to have to announce that I’m postponing my show to November. I was so excited to come back to Hawaii on my ‘anniversary month’ but evolving international travel restrictions force us to consider everyone’s safety and well being.

With that said, I am SUPER excited to be coming to Honolulu in November and perform my special All I Want for Christmas Is You & Hits extravaganza for the first time ever in Hawaii! I can’t wait to see you! Stay safe!! ❤❤”

A fan named omgitsmariahcarey commented and said:

“You stay safe queen because you travel more than we do 🥺❤”

Another fan named gucccii_flow wrote:

“Your safety is just not if not important… Your so selfless it’s amazing 👑🔥 love you M.”
