Marvel Announces The Legacy Of Chadwick Boseman Will Be Honored With A Special Presentation

The official and verified Instagram account of Marvel has made a new announcement which the legacy of the late Black Panther star Chadwick Boseman will be honored with a special presentation.
Chadwick Boseman has died at the age of 43 due to colon cancer. Boseman was known for his roles in movies such as 42 and Black Panther.
Boseman had his first starring role in the 2013 film 42, in which he portrayed baseball pioneer and star, Jackie Robinson. He had been directing an off-Broadway play in East Village when he auditioned for the role and was considering giving up acting and pursuing directing full-time at the time.
In 2016, he started portraying the Marvel Comics character T’Challa/Black Panther, with Captain America: Civil War being his first film in a five-picture deal with Marvel. He headlined Black Panther in 2018, which focused on his character and his home country of Wakanda in Africa.
It was announced by Marvel that ABC will celebrate the legacy of Chadwick Boseman with a special presentation tonight at 8/7c.

“Tonight, ABC will celebrate the legacy of Chadwick Boseman with a special presentation of Marvel Studios’ Black Panther followed by the ABC News Special: Chadwick Boseman – A Tribute for a King. It all starts tonight at 8/7c on ABC.”
