Muhammad Ali’s Son Says His Father Would Have Believed The ‘Black Lives Matter’ Movement Was ‘Racist’

Former heavyweight champion Muhammad Ali’s son, Muhammad Ali Jr. says his father would’ve hated the ‘racist’ Black Lives Matter protests, and he claimed that the George Floyd’s killer ‘was doing his job’.

During a recent interview with the ‘New York Post,’ the 48-year-old entrepreneur talked about ongoing the Black Lives Matter protest across the country and said that his father would have hated the Black Lives Matter movement because the movement is just pitting African Americans against everyone else. He stated:

‘My father would have said, ‘They ain’t nothing but devils,’ my father said, ‘all lives matter.’ I don’t think he’d agree. I think it’s racist. It’s not just Black Lives Matter, white lives matter, Chinese lives matter, all lives matter, everybody’s life matters.”

Ali Jr. emphasized his father would have believed the Black Lives Matter movement was ‘racist’ and would have been a Donald Trump supporter if he was alive today.

Also, Ali Jr. also defended former Minneapolis police officer of Derek Chauvin, who held his knee against George Floyd‘s neck for almost nine minutes and killed him. He argued that Derek Chauvin only was doing his job while the incident. He said:

“Police don’t wake up and think, ‘I’m going to kill a n**r today or kill a white man, they’re just trying to make it back home to their family in one piece.'”

He continued:

“The officer was wrong with killing that person, but people don’t realize there was more footage than what they showed. The guy resisted arrest, the officer was doing his job, but he used the wrong tactic.”
