The late Fast & Furious star Paul Walker’s lovely daughter, Meadow Walker, has uploaded a new post on Instagram Stories and made a crucial statement about her mental health problems amid coronavirus pandemic.
As you already know, many people may have some mental health problems from being quarantined in their homes for a long time.
In the letter, Meadow said that the coronavirus pandemic is negatively affected her mental health because she’s stuck at home for a long time. However, she motivated followers and continued; sometimes, it is good to feel lazy in these difficult times, and people have what it takes to find themselves.
Here’s what Meadow wrote:
“Today has been a difficult day for me. The last months have taken a toll on all of us, and I believe we need to be reminded that it is okay to have bad days. It’s okay to be lazy, to feel uninspired, and to feel sad.
Friends and family are not always available to talk. And you may find yourself asking, ‘What do I do now?’ We have the strength inside of us. We are all in this together, and I want to share my love with everyone — You are loved”
