Pierce Brosnan Remembers Robin Williams On What Would Have Been His 69th Birthday

Hollywood actor Pierce Brosnan remembers comedian and his late long-time friend, Robin Williams, on what would have been the comedian’s 69th birthday.

Robin Williams died at 63 on August 11 at his home in Tiburon, California in Marin County. Now, on his 69th birthday, celebrities and fans didn’t forget to pay some tribute for the legendary comedian.

James Bond actor shared a close-up photo of Williams and showed her longing for his close fellow. He also celebrated his 69th birthday with a beautiful tribute.

Here’s what Pierce Brosnan wrote:

“Miss ya Robin, on what would have been your 69th birthday.”

Robin Williams and Pierce Brosnan both appeared in Mrs. Doubtfire which was released in 1993. During a recent interview with The Guardian, Brosnan shared a heartwarming story of Robin Williams on the Mrs. Doubtfire set.

He said:

“There was Robin, sitting in the makeup chair. He had a Hawaiian shirt on and cargo pants, and his hairy arms and hairy legs hanging out. He had the head of Mrs. Doubtfire and greeted me: ‘Oh, Pierce! Oh, you look so handsome, oh, give us a kiss.’”

He added:

“At day’s end, you want to look around and hopefully you have a handful of films that you can be proud of participating in.”
