During a recent interview with CNN on TV, the veteran actor Robert De Niro criticized President Donald Trump and Fox News with really harsh words for Trump and Fox News’ idea about the presidential election. He responded:
De Niro immediately apologized and CNN host Stelter reminded him that he is on cable TV.
“This is cable so it’s not an FCC violation but it is still a Sunday morning.”
De Niro also continued after his harsh words for Trump and Fox News. He said:
“We are at a moment in our lives, in this country, where this guy is like a gangster. He’s come along and he’s said things, done things. We say over and over again, ‘This is terrible. We’re in a terrible situation. We’re in a terrible situation.’ And this guy just keeps going on and on and on without being stopped.”
After that, Stelter immediately called for a commercial break.
