Canadian actor Ryan Reynolds, who is known for his comedic role as Deadpool, opened up for the first time on mental issues and talked about how important this illness is.
Known for his comedic roles and playful personality, Reynolds stunned his fans by surprise and announced that he struggled with anxiety. In his struggle with anxiety, he called the disease a ‘lifelong friend’ and showed how long he has been fighting this disease.
Reynolds also called out to everyone like himself who overschedule, overthink, overwork, over-worry, and over-everything, and said that they were not alone. Although he thought it was late to make this statement, the actor said he was better than none.

One of the reasons I’m posting this so late is I overschedule myself and important things slip. And one of the reasons I overschedule myself is my lifelong pal, anxiety. I know I’m not alone and more importantly, to all those like me who overschedule, overthink, overwork, over-worry and over-everything, please know you’re not alone.
We don’t talk enough about mental health and don’t do enough to destigmatize talking about it. But, as with this post, better late than never, I hope…”
