Grammy-winner pop singer Taylor Swift has shared a new photo on her official Instagram account, announcing the release date of her super-exciting documentary, ‘Miss Americana.’
Taylor Swift’s new documentary, Miss Americana, is finally released. The documentary will be screened at the Sundance Film Festival on January 23rd and will be coming to Netflix a week later.
Miss Americana, directed by Lana Wilson, is a documentary about the career and life of singer-songwriter Taylor Swift. So what do we have to expect from Miss Americana?
The statement made by the documentary team is as follows:
“A raw and emotionally revealing look at one of the most iconic artists of our time during a transformational period in her life as she learns to embrace her role not only as a songwriter and performer but as a woman harnessing the full power of her voice.”

Back in November, it was thought that the release of the documentary has launched recently due to Swift’s conflict with Big Machine Records’ owner Scooter Braun, and Scott Borchetta.
She accused Braun and Borchetta of saying that they didn’t allow some of her songs to be played at the American Music Awards. She also claimed that they were trying to prevent her from using some of her old songs for documentaries.
