The Game Pays His Tribute To Nipsey Hussle With A Touching Letter
Los Angeles- based hip-hop artist The Game has shared a new photo of Nipsey Hussle on his official Instagram page, paying his tribute to late rapper with a touching message.
As you may remember, on March 31, 2019, Nipsey Hussle was killed by his enemies in front of his store in Los Angeles at the age of 33. His unexpected death deeply wounded the hip-hop community. One of the famous names that devastated his death was his close friend, The Game.
The Game jumped to Instagram to pay his tribute to Nipsey Hussle and wrote a touching letter to the late rapper under the name of the Marathon Monday hashtag.
This post quickly reached 80k like in a really short period, with most of the followers headed to the comment section to show their respect for Nipsey.
Here’s the touching letter:
“#MarathonMonday if you’re reading this, I know one thing is for sure. You woke up this morning. My only question is are you thankful for just that or will you take another day for granted ? What will you do today to better yourself & those around you ??
In a world where people perish daily, you were chosen to wake & continue your purpose in life. Some of us feel we know our purpose & others are still on the pursuit of what we feel maybe be ours.
I used to believe we all had a single purpose in life but as I’ve gotten older & a bit more wise I’ve come to find that a person can have multiple purposes in life. My advice after careful analyzation of those closest to me…. is that you follow your heart in whichever direction it leads you.”
He continued:
“If it doesn’t make you happy then you should stop doing it immediately & do something that does. The worst thing on earth to live with is regret. The feeling of not being able to go back in time to correct things that you wish you would’ve chosen differently.
That right there will eat at your insides for the duration of your natural life deteriorating your health, mind, body & soul until you are grouped with the weak.
Those who have given up on themselves & life. Surround yourself with people that are happy & positive so that their energy intertwined with yours creates waves of love & inspiration for those who might not be as strong.”
He ended his words in these sentences:
“No matter what gender, race or type of human being you are… one thing will always remain true…. we are all here on earth together.
