16 October is Boss’s Day. It is usually celebrated in the United States on or around October 16. It was presented as a day for employees to thank their bosses for being kind and fair throughout the year. Actor Ryan Reynold’s company named Maximum Effort exposed the relationship between him and his employees.
Maximum Effort now has 10 employees and offices in New York, where Reynolds and his wife, Blake Lively, live with their three young daughters, and Los Angeles, where Dewey is based.
The official Twitter page of ‘Maximum Effort’ tweeted out on Friday and exposed how Reynolds treated his employees and proved how great a boss he is. But the revelation of this relationship is put forward in a really funny and ironic way.
Here’s what the official Twitter page wrote:
“Ryan is a great boss. Last week one of our new employees looked him RIGHT in the eyes and that person is still employed!”
After this sarcastic tweet, the 43-year-old actor stopped in the comment section and continued the joke by sharing a hilarious tweet. He wrote:
“…by another production company.”
On the other hand, Ryan Reynolds had talked about his company and explained how he founded this company before the release of Deadpool. He said:
“Before Deadpool, I had never looked at promotion as anything other than obligatory. But what I realized was that it can actually be creatively satisfying. And a lot of fun—not just for me, but for the audience.”
