Oscar-winning star and legendary Hollywood actor Tom Hanks’ son, Chet Hanks, has uploaded a new video on his official Instagram page and broke his silence about his father and mother’s coronavirus diagnosis.
As we all know, Tom Hanks and his wife Rita Wilson are in Australia to shoot the movie, and Tom Hanks recently announced that he and his wife got coronavirus diagnosis via his official Instagram account.
In the statement, Chet confirmed that his parents, Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson, got coronavirus and informed his fans about their current health status. He stated that he was talking on the phone with his father and mother, who have been in Australia, and they are both fine.
Here’s what Chet Hanks stated:
“What’s up, everyone. Yeah, it’s true. My parents got a coronavirus. Crazy. They’re both down in Australia right now, ’cause my dad was shooting a movie down there.
I just got off the phone with them. They both are fine, they’re not even that sick. They’re not worried about it, they’re not trippin’, but they’re going through the necessary health precautions, obviously.
I don’t think it’s anything to be too worried about. I appreciate everyone’s concern and good wishes, but I think it’s all gonna be alright. But I appreciate it. Everybody stay safe out there. Much love.”
Her mother Rita Wilson wrote:
“Love you angel.”
