Apart from her success in this drama series, Zendaya is a beloved actress and many young people are following her achievements and speeches with curiosity. Therefore, what Zendaya says has the power to impress many people.

Speaking about hope in her last interview, the actress once again pointed out that hope lies in young people. She explained that in a very hopeless time, she witnessed many young people feeling tired of living in a system that doesn’t feel safe. Zendaya feels they need to embrace joy and find beauty in things.

Zendaya finds hope in doing art and being in works that touch people’s lives deeply, like Euphoria. She also finds hope in children because she thinks they understand everything much better than adults do and comprehend what is going on in the world.

Here’s what she stated:

“At this moment in time, it is hard to find joy and beauty in things, and I really think that is important. Right now, we as Black people need to embrace joy and not let it be taken away from us.

I experience moments of joy when I’m able to create art and be involved in projects that I connect to deeply. Another thing that gives me joy is seeing people’s responses to my work. I’ve heard so many beautiful stories about addiction and recovery, and that brings me hope.

These really young kids are so smart and have such a clear understanding and plan for how they want this world to change. They know what’s up, and they want to be part of that change.”
